Chris Dhmitri  is marking his first year as owner of Bliss at The Bellevue and his 50th anniversary in the restaurant business by knocking 50 percent off the bar menu this month. This will mean $6 martinis, glasses of wines for $4 to $7, and shrimp tempura for $7.50.
